Information provided on our website, email, text, voice, or any other form of communication is without representations, warranties, and/or guarantees of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Information on non-dealer owned units being marketed, brokered, and/or represented by Holiday Coach and Auto Sales LLC is provided based on the information provided to Holiday Coach and Auto Sales LLC by the coach owner/seller. Any important details to the buyer should be confirmed with the actual coach owner/seller prior to purchase while meeting with owner/seller at showing and/or coach pick up for most accurate information and to ensure no miscommunications have occurred.

Many of the vehicles both onsite at dealer location and as well offsite are merely marketed, brokered, and/or represented units not directly owned or directly sold by Holiday Coach and Auto Sales LLC, but are marketed, brokered, and/or represented by Holiday Coach and Auto Sales LLC. While we do our best to vet each client/seller we market, broker, and/or represent for; each vehicle should be thoroughly inspected by you and/or a 3rd party prior to purchase to make sure the coach and its advertised information both are accurate and meets or exceeds your wants, needs, and expectations. All sales are final and are sold on a “as is” basis with no warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any warranty as to the condition of the vehicle cosmetically or mechanically from the seller or Holiday Coach and Auto Sales LLC. However, the above warranty disclaimer does not, in any way, affect the terms of any applicable warranties or recalls from the manufacturer of the vehicle should it have any. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from Holiday Coach and Auto Sales LLC, seller, its affiliates, agents or employees any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of profits or income, or any other incidental damages. Buyer further shall indemnify Holiday Coach and Auto Sales LLC, seller, its affiliates, agents and employees of and from any claim or damage occasioned by purchaser or any third party arising from this transaction, or from the use of this vehicle.

There are NO dealer document preparation fees (DOC Fees) charged by this dealer. However, should any apply listed prices do not include additional fees such as government fees and taxes, title, and registration fees as if any of these should apply the buyer will pay directly to the collector, state, or DMV upon registration in local state. Consult with your tax advisor/attorney or your local DMV to see if any of these will apply. Should any apply prices do not include finance charges which will be charged directly from the financing bank if applicable. Shound any apply prices do not include delivery charges which will be charged directly by delivery agent unless booked through Holiday Coach and Auto Sales LLC where they will act as a pass through for delivery charges to pass on their discounted rates. Again, there are NO dealer document preparation fees (DOC Fees) charged by this dealer.

Vehicles may or may not be on site at dealer location. Vehicles shown may be at different locations, but they can be made available to you at your location or dealer location within a reasonable date from the time of your request at your expense of delivery.

On non-dealer owned units being marketed, brokered, and/or represented by Holiday Coach and Auto Sales LLC we work solely as means of marketing and a buyer/seller agent and work to represent both the buyer and seller both equally and fairly!

We do our best to update our website and 3rd party sites in real time, but all coaches are subject to prior sale unless you have placed a hold deposit on the coach.
